9th September - 27th October                                  £420 per week
28th October - 15th December                                  £360 per week
16th December - 5th January                                    £420 per week
Rates for 2024
6th January - 29th March                                          £360 per week
30th March - June 14th                                             £420 per week
                                 15th June - 6th September                                         £480 per week (weekly lets only)
7th September - 25th October                                     £420 per month
26th October - 13th December                                  £360 per week
14th December - 3rd January                                    £420 per week
    For weekly lets the usual changeover day is Saturday but is flexible. Short breaks available (min 3 nights).

Up to 2 well-behaved pets by arrangement - no extra charge but a damages/cleaning deposit may be requested
25% deposit on booking.  Balance, plus any returnable damages deposit, payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Please note initial deposit is non returnable in case of cancellation unless the cottage can be re-let.
